As you move through your day, notice the materials that catch your attention. Record those that interest you — not everything, just what makes you curious.
Record — add materials as you encounter them. Name it, note where you found it, and write down what you noticed about how it felt, looked or behaved.
Hunt — try to find as many materials from the scavenger list as you can. Tick each one when you find it.
Reflect — at the end of the day, answer the reflection questions. Your entries save automatically between sessions.
